Al methodically goes through the whole house—the exterior (including the roof, chimney and foundation) and interior (including attic, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, structural and fireplaces —and takes the time to explain to the buyers (and me) what he’s looking for along the way and what he’s found.

Al encourages questions and answers them thoroughly. He knows his stuff. In addition to providing a professional, unbiased analysis of the home, Al makes recommendations for correction of safety hazards. At the end of the day, he produces a comprehensive report of his findings, including photos, which is emailed to the client.
